CIC bioGUNE, is an inter-disciplinary research centre in biology, including the main fields of biotechnology applied to health: functional genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, stem cells and cellular biology, and bioinformatics. Strategic goal is to identify, prevent and to cure diseases. CIC bioGUNE aims at contributing to the social and economic development by accelerating the process that leads to innovation, trying to reduce the time between knowledge generation and its exploitation, creating products or services.
